Executive Chef – Feathers Chennai
|Prawn (Medium size)||125 gms|
|Chilli paste||10 gms|
|Ginger paste||5 gms|
|Garlic paste||5 gms|
|Corn flour||40 gms|
|Refined oil||150 ml|
- Marinate the prawn in chilli , ginger and garlic paste with salt to taste and lemon juice for about 15 minutes.
- Then dust the prawn in corn flour.
- Heat the refined oil and deep fry.
