From our Chef’s special : Southern Spicy Prawn

The most simplest recipe for cooking at home. If you thought cooking prawn was rocket science, then think again. Especially, after you read this recipe from our chef we’re sure you will end up saying how simple it is!. So let’s start;

Ingredients:

Prawn (Medium size)125 gms
Chilli paste 10 gms
Ginger paste 5 gms
Garlic paste 5 gms
Lemon 1 nos
Salt To taste
Corn flour 40 gms
Refined oil 150 ml

Cooking Direction:

  • Marinate the prawn in chilli , ginger and garlic paste with salt to taste and lemon juice for about 15 minutes.
  • Then dust the prawn in corn flour.
  • Heat the refined oil and deep fry.
